    Hi,

    Thank you for this good plugin. It’s a very nice plugin.
    I have faced an issue.
    ? Remember, the whole thread is ‘public’ from the top. An administrator turns a single answer to ‘private’ so that all users cannot see it but the user who opens the ticket can see it, but the user who opens the ticket can’t see the replied message. The administrator and the user should see the answer.
    Do you get it?

    Can it be fixed?
