Of course I’m not using a default theme. What does the theme of my site have to do with it, if the image is pulled by your plugin from your site?

when I asked for the theme, I in fact meant the Social Login icon theme.

No solution other than searching for another plugin?
I am sure that everyone who uses the plugin has a problem with pagespeed Google. Because of one image.

Changed the theme. The problem is the same (png is different).
