I’ve activated payment method (Przelewy24) on Stripe (on by default), I use this WordPress plugin and I’ve message after choose P24: “This payment method (p24) is not activated for your account. You can only create testmode p24 payment methods. You can learn more about this here https://support.stripe.com/questions/i-am-having-trouble-activating-a-payment-method”. Few days ago this works well but not now. I checked it and it’s on by default on payment method page. This is problem with a plugin or what should I do? I watched this link, search how to solve this problem but no one can help. Thanks in advance!
I understand that you are experiencing issues with the Przelewy24 (P24) payment method on your Stripe account, and I’m here to help. Furthermore, it seems that the P24 payment method was working fine a few days ago, but now you’re receiving an error message stating that it is not activated for your account.
As you’ve mentioned that you’ve already enabled this option in your Stripe dashboard, yes? But, please double-check it again to ensure that it is indeed enabled.
If still the issue persists, please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce and Stripe plugins are enabled and see if this works?
If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.
If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.
If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.
Thanks for an answer, @xue28. I switched (on Stripe) from “off by default” to “on by default” but I don’t have “ON” like on your screen. I use right currency (pln) on a site. This could be a problem if clients company is in UAE and use AED currency? Because I don’t know how to change it from “On by default” to “On”. I searched everywhere but they doesn’t have kind of problem. Could you help me with that? Thanks! ??
This could be a problem if clients company is in UAE and use AED currency?
Yes, this could be the problem. Przelewy24, as well as other payment methods, can only work if your site is set to a specific currency. Please ensure that your store’s currency is either set to Euro or PLN.
I also suggest contacting Stripe to also confirm that your account doesn’t have any restrictions for using Przelewy24.
