    I updated the plugin and the Przelewy24 payment gateway stopped showing up for subscription products even with manual renewal, which should allow for any gateway to work. When I switch to the legacy mode the gateway reappears.

    Now in the legacy mode the card payment doesn’t show the expiry and CVC fields unless I activate multi row form. I’m a bit confused especially that the support for the legacy mode is due to be suspended…

    While waiting for further feedback I still tested the new checkout with subscription product and SEPA. It does appear. Przelewy24 shows up only for non-subscription products.

    I’m assuming this concerns our WooCommerce Subscriptions extension, correct? If so, please refer to this documentation to learn which Additional Payment Methods (APM) are supported by our Stripe plugin: https://woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/payment-gateways/#stripe.

    I can’t find Przelewy24 on the list, but I’m curious because it used to show up for you (and still does when using the Legacy checkout experience).

    You will need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension before you can access that page. As per the [forum guidelines], no support for premium extensions is provided here, but we will be happy to assist you further from there.

    Hi Thank you for the answer well it relates more to the stripe plugin. Please click the regular product and then the susbcritpion product on this test site with nothing but the wc, stripe and subscriptions plugins active.

    On the wc website it says that:
    “When a subscription accepts manual renewal payments, the customer can choose a?different?payment method for?each?renewal payment. Any payment method active on your store is available for use as an option.”

    In the system the manual renewals are active so any gateway should work. You will notice that “DIrect bank transfer” is active. Przelewy24 should work as well…
    It looks like something in the stripe plugin prevents P24 from being triggered.

    p.s. yes the currency is set to PLN and billing to Poland..

    Since the payment method shows for regular products and not for Subscriptions, it is suggested to reach out to our Happiness Engineers for further help with the WooCommerce Subscriptions.

    Sorry to say but I’m confused. In the meantime I’ve tested WC Subscriptions and other third party payment gateway and It works fine for manual renewals. Only the Przelewy24 payment method within this new wc stripe plugin update stopped being displayed, even when using manual renewals.

    As the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway is free I believe I can address this issue in this forum. Are you able to reproduce the issue or should I try to report this through the woocommerce website? I feel like it’s important to check and at least inform whether this behavior in the update is intentional.

    I just did a quick test to confirm on my site, setting it up to PLN so I get the Przelewy24 payment method. This is with a regular product:

    As you can see, this payment method isn’t available for Subscriptions, which is in accordance with our documentation. Just to be safe, I tried this with both the new checkout and legacy checkout experiences.

    I suggested opening a ticket with our Happiness Engineers for the WooCommerce Subscription premium support since the issue pertains mostly to subscription products (the payment method only fails to appear for those!). However, our docs are the guidance for it, so I think it’s just not available for this additional payment gateway.
