Hi, I hope someone can help me with this, I have a shopping website built with Visual Composer and using Woo Commerce. The site has been working well for sometime, however, in the last week a customer from Canada was trying to purchase a product for a relative in South Africa (Where the shop is based). When selecting “ship to a different address” the country correctly defaults to South Africa, but the provinces are showing Canadian provinces.
As I am in South Africa I can’t really emulate this error, apparently 3 other customers have had a similar problem, does anyone have any idea why this is occurring?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @axiom28,

I’ve tried testing your site from Canada (by using a proxy program) but I can not replicate the issue.

    * Both “billing” and “shipping” addresses are set to Cananda (my IP address).
    * I can change countries and provinces normally.

If your customers continue seeing this error, please ask them to take a screenshot and share us here.

I recommend https://snag.gy for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in this topic. It works with Chrome, Firefox and IE.
