Providing users a wallet address when they signup

Hello all
I am creating a website where I want to give users a xrb address when they signup and a referral code
For that I don’t know how I provide that
I got a demo site which is doing same thing on that site running on WordPress

Login there with below address no password needed

After login there is a link get xrb address and refferal program
How they are providing these I want to know
