Providing Serial Number per request

I was requested to provide costumers a serial code for a dental system, the serial code is free. They want to upload 50 serial codes, then each sent, it gets removed from the database.

I am trying to figure out how to get it done, Any ideas? What software would you use? Woo, Contact 7?
