Provides Another Tool for Me to Share Information

I read about the Notibar plugin via a wpbeginner post a few months ago. The Notibar plugin provides another tool for me to share information on my blog, which is all about sharing information. The Notibar plugin will also enable me to notify users of any notable changes to my site; e.g. privacy policy. The Notibar plugin is dead simple to use and works flawlessly with the Ashe Blog Pro theme, which is the current theme I use for my blog site.
