providerId and target parameters missing on Sing Sign-On URL

I am trying to set up SSO on the comapnies websites, and our IdP is a shibboleth solution. The IdP https://idp.company.se/idp/profile/Shibboleth/SSO requires providerId and target GET parameters. How to Fix?
