    Hello,
I changed the provider of a site of my client. The problem is that now I can’t access the backend of the site in any way, as I discovered that he had installed your plugin. I tried to create a new admin user from the database, but despite all my efforts, I can’t log in, except as a simple visitor. How can I solve this problem? I tried to deactivate the plugin, but it still won’t allow me access ….
    Thanks for your help

Hi, thank you for the fast reply!
I’m sorry, but it still doesn’t work… I made all the described operations, but the site does not let me in…
I had to create an administrator account via DB because the customer doesn’t remember the administrators email and the password. Could this be the problem?
    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi,

Yes, that would definitely cause this issue. The good news is that this has nothing to do with our plugin. What happens when you disable our plugin. Are you able to log in with your new admin account?

    Kind regards

No I can’t… I can only see in the head of the site the wordpress “black bar” with my name on the right and the wordpress logo and the name of the site on the left…
    That’s all…

Unfortunately there is not much more I can do to help you because the issue is not related to our plugin. You need to create a different support ticket here in www.remarpro.com.
