Provider Availability Not Showing

Hi,
I have installed the plugin on a wordpress.com site and am testing using the 7 day free trial.After setting up the standard hours for the company under location, adding in services (with a 55 minute length & capacity of 1), then adding in a provider with their available times, nothing is showing on the calendar for available bookings.
I’ve tried showing using the dropdown list version and this shows no available bookings either (and the same in the back end).
I’ve attempted to find a setup tutorial or guide, but all documentation seems to lead back to either blog posts or purchase pages. Is there an installation & user guide that would allow me to see if I’ve missed a step?
