provide specific dates to select

Hi,

I was looking for a front end datepicker for the customers to select the delivery date for the product. But I want to restrict the date selection to my availability. Suppose I can only deliver on specific days in a month , customer can only select a date out those I can deliver.

Secondly. I wanted to have limit of deliveries for that product per day. Suppose I want to deliver only 25 items of that product per day.
