Provide links to restricted pages/posts in user's profile

I have several posts that specific users have restricted view access to. These are private posts/pages which can only be viewed by a specific user. When the user logs in to the site they are taken to their profile.

Is there a way to provide links to the pages that they have view rights to?

For instance this is a photography site. I’d like to provide a space that would be labeled “My Photo Sessions” in the user’s profile and or as a link in the main menu when logged in. This would list each of their photo sessions (posts with specific rights to).

I noticed as an admin if I view a user’s profile (edit user page) at the very bottom of the profile page Role Scoper displays posts/pages the user has specific rights to.
