On every post that is voiced there’s a “Voiced by Amazon Polly” text + link next to the audio file. Please make it optional to disable that text, as when placed at the top of the post – it is injected into automatically-generated newsletters and other resources that automatically grab the post’s 1st paragraph.
I really like this plugin and it would be a shame to have to remove it just because of this mandatory text.

    Hi Caparico,
Could you tell me a bit more how does those newsletters are being generated? I’m just wondering if we could try to avoid adding it to them.

    Cheers,

What usually happens is that a blog operator can set up an automatic RSS email campaign.
It simply checks to see whether there’s new content published to an RSS feed. If yes, it grabs that new content and emails it to the subscribers.
In our case, it automatically grabs the new post’s title + thumb image + 1st paragraph + link and creates an email out of it.
The redundant text caused it to look like this:

    Hi Caparico!
We have just released v 1.0.2 – we have modified a bit a logic which is responsible for showing the ‘Voiced by…’. Could you look into it, and say if this resolve your problem?

I’ve updated the plugin and cleared the cache but the text+link still appears on every voiced post. I also don’t see an option to disable it in the plugin’s settings.

    Hi Caparico,
We have modified the plugin, so that ‘voiced by’ label would appear only on ‘singular’ pages – if you still see it in other cases, then the logic behind it (newsletter generator etc.) – might also use it, so that the label will still be generated. We will think about finding another solution for it.
