Provide accessible text on twitter action links

    The action links for “reply”, “like”, and “retweet” have icons without screen reader accessible text; I would really appreciate their inclusion.

    The search input at the top also needs an accessible label

    Hi,

    I have the newest 4.6.18 installed and it still does not have screen reader accessible text for Twitter reply link. Is this still in your workflow?
