ProvenExpert not displayed anymore

    Dear team,

    We have installed SV Proven Expert plugin (in footer on the right side). We use wordpress.com.
    Since a few weeks the Proven Expert element is not displayed anymore. We did uninstall and delete the plugin and installed it again. It is still not working.

    How to fix it?

    We would love to figure out why the plugin is not working on your webiste. If you have any further information to address the issue (error logs etc.), we would investigate.     Reason was that API-Key and API-ID were lost during upgrade. After these were inserted again in settings, issue was fixed. Thanks @ledergerber for your patience while investigating this issue.

    Hi, I just installed the plugin an set up the APIs.
    Neither the widget nor the shortcode are showing anything.
    What can I do?
