Protecting from woocommerce SPAM purchase attempts

Hi, we started to have problem with fake or SPAM purchase attempts in woocommerce store.
The amount is small like 7-13eur per purchase

Always different IP addresses.

But always same billing address:

Different email, but always same domain:

Payment method is Stripe.

Can it impact SEO in any way? What is the threat here?
