Protected page – move directly to Login screen

Two part question..

if a user goes to a secure page – i want them to go directly to a login screen – not to the ‘you don’t have appropriate access’ page.

how do I make that happen?

also – is it possible to customize the login screen so it is branded with a logo instead of the wordpress logo?
