Protected content shows up

  • Hi guys!

    I’m using this plugin: Page Security by Contexture, to let members access a different forum then non members.

    However, the search results from your widget still display the content of replies in the hidden forums. You can’t click on the link (you’ll get a restricted forum notice) but the content of the replies can still be read.

    Is there something I can do to make those replies not show up in the results? Or replace the content of the replies with: Only members can read this content?

    Thanks for your feedback!
    That is not a bug or anything, it is just happening because the widget is there, and therefore a search form is visible. This would also be the case if you were using the nativ bbPress search widget that comes by default.

    My plugin uses the same search feature as bbPress itself and the default widget. Therefore any display restriction should happen directly with bbPress itself.

    Maybe developer of your access plugin could add support for bbPress? (I currently did not know this plugin or even use it, just came to know of it by your post here.)
