    Hello:

I recently started using this plugin. It has a very simple interface and everything seemed working just fine until I made a test purchase of my own product from my site. I kept a post under premium content and assigned a membership level to that post. I purchased that same membership myself to test if the button and everything works fine. However, when I tried accessing the material which was protected under that membership level, the post page still prompted the message that this content is protected so login or join now when in fact I was signed in and had subscribed to the membership. I followed the official guide for how to create purchase buttons using PayPal but nothing works out. Could you urgently look into this?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Did you carry out the purchase using the same WordPress user admin account? Or did you register using an account that does not exist in your site?

Also, the following documentation has information regarding the registration process our plugin implements.

    Thank you.

Yes, I followed all the membership steps. Also, I made a test user too on my site and I made the test purchase using that test account but the problem persists. After I log in as a member of the subscription plan, I am still not able to see the protected content of that plan.

Hi, are saying that the test member who registered has been assigned the same membership level as the protected page or post. Is this correct? Also are you currently using the Form Builder addon?

    Regards.
