Thanks for reaching out @anti89. Any WordPress administrator can setup the plugin and with that view Search Console data (as they can verify ownership of the site). When it comes to Analytics, they won’t be able to view Analytics data unless whoever initially set this up has granted access to the connected Analytics property. As long as you’re not sharing a WordPress administrator login, you will be able to restrict what admins can view Analytics data by ensuring they don’t have access to the connected Analytics account and property.
Note also that there is a feature within Site Kit called Dashboard Sharing, and this allows you to share a view only version of the Site Kit dashboard for non administrators roles (or other administrators if you wish).
