Protect pages does not work

  • Agree with others in this review. Stay away from this plugin. After hours I must delete all my work and restart from scratch. I set all pages to block by default, and i have set them not to block by default instead as the FAQ explain make a custom field block set to true but nothing works so this plugin are bad news for you.

    There’s no reason you would need to delete anything to back out of the plugin, and yes, blocking pages does work. In reading your post in the support forum (which you did not wait for a response from me), it appears that the error is on the user end, not the plugin.

    The plugin does not block custom post types by default. You need to apply a filter to handle anything that is not specifically a “page” or a “post” in the WordPress sense of those terms. Woocommerce “products” are custom post types, not “pages”.
