Prosense Heading

Hi, I am in the process of learning a program on-line on Internet Marketing. Unfortunately after uploading the Themes to my blog(Prosense Themes) and attempting to upload my graphics I somehow deleted the Theme Heading which has obviously left my blog without a heading of any sort and I was also unable to upload my own graphics.
The program support team have been very good with their help, but unfortunately we’ve both come to a stop as to what to do next. I think the problem lies with me wiping the original heading off, but even though I’ve tried re-uploading the themes several times it shows up the same. Please has anyone any idea what I can try next?
I must add that I’m not very computer literate, but can usually follow instructions.
