Prose extras not working like webdiva-nl

    I have the same issue that webdiva-nl had 2 months ago. The plug in upload was successful, the home top, home right and home left areas are in my widgets set up but anything I put in there doesn’t appear on site. I also tried to change the homepage layout to full width in the prose extras settings but that didn’t show either.

    This plugin was highly recommended to me by a member of the Studiopress Forum but unfortunately all I’m feeling is frustrated. Please help.

    I put cloudflare on development mode and there is no cacheing activated yet. Any changes I make to the primary sidebar area appear instantly. I tried deactivating and reactivating.

    Thanks for your feedback!

    The issue with “wediva-nl” was that she did use a static homepage (via regular WordPress settings) — this doesn’t work with “widgetized homepage” of my plugin.

    I checked your given URL and you’re also using static homepage option I assume, right? Therefore the plugin settings cannot work. That is regular and indended behavior. Just go to “Settings > Reading” and enable standard again (blog posts) and then you can apply my widgetized home page settings via plugin.

    In the next plugin version I will add additional checks and also bring more user information for this special use case.
