Proposal for Developer: Subscribe to Sub-Forum

    Does anyone know if you have the ability to subscribe a specific forum or sub-forum using this plugin? My goal is to allow users to recieve notifications whenever a new topic is posted in a specific forum.

    For example, lets say I have sub-forums “fruits” and “vegetables”. If someone subscribes to the “fruits” sub-forum they would receive an email when a new topic is posted, whereas those only subscribed to sub-forum “vegetable” would not be notified.

    I will try to add a subscribe-link to the bottom-area of each forum so they can also subscribe to specific forums only instead to all.

    I will give my best to include this in one of the upcoming releases this month. As soon as I have more information, I will leave you a message here.

    I am glad to inform you that I have just submitted a changeset to GitHub which allows subscriptions for specific forums. You can find the patch here:

    It will be included in the upcoming v1.3.1 release which will be available in the next 24 hours.
