Basicall this is the official Support Forum as it is linked on the official Website from ERE, when you click on Support you go directly to ere, but since 2,5 Month no one of the Admin team is visitng this Forum, so my opion about a Bad service is still there, don’t think that i blame you @lochd93 because you doning very well besids that you try to “protect” ERE from be blamed about the Bad service.
Anyhow as i see it in all the treats from the ast 4-6 weeks i’m am not the only person who has problems with this Plug In. there are many and a lot of the just get replys from you and very often you tell them that ERE is very well working besides by them, which is ovious not correct because there are many people ot there which have problems.
And i don’t think that @g5theme is really interested in this plug in, only if you use it “exclusive” with the theme etc, bot not on other WP pages. Otherwise they would be checking this Forum a bit better would say at least every 2 or 3 days…
For me it is fine to use something else if the support is not willing or able to help it is just a shame that a customer like you try to help and don’t get the support from the Admin Team here. With that said waiting not 1 or 2 days and then i decide what i will do.
Well one last thing i need to post here untill i decide what to do and waiting for response.
Even the Contact Forum on ERE Wesite is not workimg corretly tried is a couple of times with different Mails, but it is always saying this:
There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.
