• Another “Problem” shows up, in Front end i can start submit a property and all goes well i can put all details on images etc. no problem. In the last step as soon i click on “Submit property” it showes imediatly “The website has technical problems” without anything else… When i reload i will not help, only when i enter the website manually again i can use it again. Fun fact the property was send into the database and showes up in the admin panel as well as in the front end user panel eher even the admin and/pr the user can do changes and sve them without any problems. Any ideas?

    Basicall this is the official Support Forum as it is linked on the official Website from ERE, when you click on Support you go directly to ere, but since 2,5 Month no one of the Admin team is visitng this Forum, so my opion about a Bad service is still there, don’t think that i blame you @lochd93 because you doning very well besids that you try to “protect” ERE from be blamed about the Bad service.

    Anyhow as i see it in all the treats from the ast 4-6 weeks i’m am not the only person who has problems with this Plug In. there are many and a lot of the just get replys from you and very often you tell them that ERE is very well working besides by them, which is ovious not correct because there are many people ot there which have problems.

    And i don’t think that @g5theme is really interested in this plug in, only if you use it “exclusive” with the theme etc, bot not on other WP pages. Otherwise they would be checking this Forum a bit better would say at least every 2 or 3 days…

    For me it is fine to use something else if the support is not willing or able to help it is just a shame that a customer like you try to help and don’t get the support from the Admin Team here. With that said waiting not 1 or 2 days and then i decide what i will do.

    Well one last thing i need to post here untill i decide what to do and waiting for response.

    Even the Contact Forum on ERE Wesite is not workimg corretly tried is a couple of times with different Mails, but it is always saying this:

    There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    No website address, just your words, can’t check and find the cause. If the problem is complicated, sometimes it is necessary to have a login account or even an acc ftp.
    Errors or user contributions during use will help the plugin improve. If the problem is a conflict between plugins that cannot be resolved then you must choose to use or not

    Well well well, i have asked you twice already about an email adress because the website is still under construction mode and blocked by password, but you did not give any contact information. Do you think that i will publich OPEN all details like passwords to admin panel etc.? no def not! And the contact form of ERE is not working, so no possibility as well.

    anyhow i await contact from @g5theme as i know now from your own that you are “just a customer” in your own words. If this contact will not happen is clear what i need to do and i would suggest anyone else to do the same. Besides the ones who are willing to use this plug in only and exclusively in the side, i belive the plug in is working fine then and as said i like it how it is made in design etc. just the technic is not 100% and the support from the developer team is bad. Again that has nothing to do with you @lochd93 you doning good as a Customer!

    The error is DEF in ERE:

    This is a bug in the Essential Real Estate plugin. It is incorrectly calling the hook wp_insert_post here:
    essential-real-estate/public/partials/property/class-ere-property.php on line 233: do_action(‘wp_insert_post’, ‘wp_insert_post’);

    This action expects 3 parameters. The first one should be the post ID, not another string wp_insert_post.

    As a temporary fix you can remove that line in thee file (it does nothing as the call to wp_insert_post() does the action directly), but when the developers do an update it will be overridden. Might be worth reaching out to them.

    So if you have contact to them just let them know!

    Oh yes, for you i have a lot of understanding as said a couple of times. If you find a solution just let me know, Basically you should try it with WP Job Manager because that shows the “most impact” i guess.

    Just a short update in this case here, i’m not done testing with everything in the moment but basically it worked as soon i deactive WP Jobmanager allone, crazy… That is how it looks like in the momet but i will test a bit around and ckeep updating as soon in know it for sure i will mark it as resolved. Anyhow a deeper investigation would be not bad in this case i guess.
