Property Management Tenant Portal

  • Hello everyone,

    I need some help/advice/suggestions. I have a client ask me to build them a property management website where the tenants can log online and pay their rent. What would you recommend that I use for the site?

    I figured I can go with a third party website and pay them a certain amount of money a month to use their service or I can see if there is a WP plugin that supports this.

    I’d also need to find a way to have tenants run credit reports online. Again not sure if there is something that has been developed for this on WP or if I need to go through a third party.

    I’d appreciate any information I can get!
