Property Link feed Images not showing

We are sending a feed to EG Propertylink and some of the images are showing correctly, however other properties the images are not showing at all. I have been in contact with EG Support and their response is:

After investigating this image issue with our development team we discovered that the problem is down to the location of the images. Nothing is returning when the URL is entered into a web browser so this means there isn’t any content in the URL you supplied. I’ve listed examples of these URL’s previously in the email chain.

Our development team suggested converting the the missing images into binary code and then listing the code into the binary XML request field.

Any advice how to resolve this please.
