Properly size images on mobile

My Layout Content Max Width is 800 px and the Large image size I have set in Media Settings is 800 px. Therefore Google Page Speed is happy with the Image size for desktops.

However, I keep getting ‘Properly size images’ for the Mobile version of my site. How can I fix this? Thanks!
