Properly Reinstall theme bundled w/plugins to fix php error/disappearing icons

    Hi,

    A few WP updates ago, the icons were “lost” on my multisite after the wordpress update. Additionally, the php error seen here ensued. No other changes had been made. I had

    I would like to reinstall the KLEO theme to see if there is any effect. My question:

    Kleo has quite a few plugins. When I uninstall it, the plugins don’t uninstall, correct? Do I uninstall them? What happens relative to the plugins, i.e slider revolution and the associated slider content when uninstalled?

    Troubleshooting thus far has been disable all plugins (limited-no effect, although one of the icons in the menu returned, but that’s it)

  • I think you need to take these questions up with whatever support is provided by the KLEO theme as it is a commercial theme from what I can see… The volunteers here at these WordPress support forums don’t have access to commercial product support documentation.

    Thank you. According to an inquiry of my host as well as doing a google search this seems to be a WP issue – not specifically related to the theme…per se?
