I have a yahoo store so wanted my wordpress blog to be a subdomain of that site. Yahoo had too many restrictions so I did a stand alone site with self hosted wordpress.

Yahoo did work on their site to have the subdomain map to my blog sub.sitename.com now maps to sitenameblog.com

My host parked sub.sitename.com in their DNS records using a CNAME, so when you go to sub.sitename.com you get my blog (sitenameblog.com)

In the navigation of the blog, if you click on home the url displays the true url (sitenameblog.com) and not the subdomain (sub.sitename.com)

What do I need to change in my wordpress install to make it always look like the user is at site.sitename.com? Is it as simple as changing the Site URL field in WordPress settings?

All the DNS mapping stuff seems to be working corrently, I only need to change the internal mapping so links don’t reveal my true url.
