-Proof of Consent- to include custom page

    Hello,

    I set a custom page as Cookie Policy.

    However, when I generate a Proof of Consent document in Complianz, the PDF generated does not include the custom page, but rather the Cookie Policy that Complianz would generate automatically.

    What can be done about this? Can it be changed to the effect that the manually assigned page is used, and the function can fulfill its purpose?

    Hi @aquestionthx,

    Because or generated document is synched with cookiedatabase.org and the wizard, it will create a new proof of consent if significant changes (e.g. adding a new service or changing the settings in the wizard) have been made.

    To have this same functionality with a custom cookie policy means we need to know when you edited the document, and how we can generate the correct PDF from this page. I will need to put this on our backlog, to see if we can find a way. At this very moment, there’s not a quick fix.
