    Hi,
I installed your free plugin in November 2020, more or less, and upgraded to premium a few days ago. Downloading the “proof of consent”, the document’s date is always “22 novembre 2020”. How can I fix it?
On January 28th, I wrote to your “premium” support and sent the proof-of-consent report exported in attachment.

    Hi @lsponza

I had already responded to your e-mail about this (~10 minutes after we received it), perhaps this ended up in your spam folder?

Have you already tried clicking the “Generate now”/”Generate proof of consent” button on the upper side of the page?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hi Jarno,
thanks for your feedback. I didn’t receive your reply to my previous email, not even in the spam folder, anyway your suggestion solved the problem – great. I thought I had already clicked on “Generate proof of consent”, clearly I got confused: I use the plugin on several other sites.
Just another question about “proof of consent”: why the id user are not subsequential (ie I got id #10205, #10207, #10210 but not #10206,#10208,#10209)?

    Hi @lsponza,

Glad to hear that worked for you!

Your follow-up question could be explained like below, but there might be other variables involved as well:

Let’s say someone enters the site and gets assigned ID 10001, after this they make a choice in the banner, receive ID 10002 and the initial ID is deleted. But we must assign an ID to the user, because they can have Functional and Do Not Track for example, but never actually end up making a choice in the Cookie Banner.

    Hope this clarifies!
    Kind regards,
    Jarno
