    After I create or update a popup, I click the “Update” button. Then I click somewhere else in the WordPress Dashboard, the box with text “Leave site? Changes you made may not be saved. [Leave] [Cancel]” appears. No matter how many times I click the “Update” button and don’t make any additional changes, the box keeps appearing. Do you have any ideas about why this is happening and how I can avoid this? I don’t think I’m losing any updates when I leave the page even after the box appears, but something doesn’t seem quite right.

    We are sorry to hear you’re experiencing this issue on your site. I tried to replicate the issue on my test site, but I could not reproduce it. I suspect there is a plugin or theme conflict on your site.

    Could you please use the debugging process on this link?Test if a Plugin or Theme Interferes with Popup Maker?to eliminate a plugin/theme conflict?

    Kindly use the?Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin?on the debugging link and then activate the troubleshooting mode so you can safely deactivate your plugins and switch the theme to a default WordPress theme.?Kindly see if the issue exists when just Popup Maker and default WordPress theme are active.

    May we know if there is a cache plugin, server cache or CDN active on your site? If yes, could you please clear the cache and disable the cache while troubleshooting is in progress.

    Hi Bel – Thanks so much for your reply and the instructions to troubleshoot the issue that I reported. Since I posted my query I have created 3 new popups and the issue is no longer occurring, so I am marking this ticket as Resolved. I’m not sure what was happening and what resolved the issue, but all is good now.
