Excellent support, great plugin

When we first started using FluentForms, we were impressed at how easy it was to use. As a WordPress user who’s also a non-techie, I have tried many different form plugins, but few options offer the quality and product support that you see in FluentForms.

It uses the same drag and drop form editor that you’d expect from a website builder like Divi, and it also has a bunch of advanced features. A very complete product that is only limited by your imagination! It can help you collect information from your customers, e-mail marketing lists, survey takers, and any other group of people you want to communicate with. With its landing page feature, you can easily share your forms with many people for collaboration and easy data entry.

In addition, the plugin comes with a ton of pre-made templates you can use and customize, and it’s easy to create custom fields and form layouts.

But what I like most about FluentForms is the excellent customer support it offers and this is what prompted me to write a review for it.

My support officer is Rafi Ahmed and he’s been incredibly patient and an amazing support officer since Day 1. What I wanted to build turned out to be pretty complex but Rafi never gave up.
He recorded screen recordings and explained the process of how he arrived at his recommended solution. For a non techie like myself, it’s something that I very greatly appreciate. The replies are relatively prompt (I mean, you can’t expect instant replies and due to Covid, there has been some delays) but the user experience is just great.

And since then, I’ve come to the conclusion that EVERYBODY on the support team is like Rafi. Farhan, Reza, Ahsan… everyone goes the extra mile to make sure you get your work done. It’s amazing to see this level of consistently great support in any company to be honest.

If you know CSS and JS, I honestly think that you are pretty much invincible with it added to your tech stack. this is one form builder that rules them all and one of my best investments for WP plugins.
