I had some trouble setting up the triggers and the support team responded promptly within their working hours to solve it. For a non-techie like me, it’s particularly important and I really appreciate it.

The product itself is great. The list of options available for personalization is extensive and pretty much exhaustive. For anyone who’s interested in bringing a more intimate and personalized user experience to their visitors, If-so is a plugin you wouldn’t want to miss!
