    Hi,
I would like to use the plugin on a new website.
The plugin closed admin dashboard 2 days ago (redirect 127.0.0.1 for the first login attempt), I disabled it via FTP and was able to log in successful.
When I logged in, I turned on the plugin, and then redirect 127.0.0.1 after a click.

Note, I am using (or would use) a yith custom login plugin, but with AIOWPS plugin it also turns off. If I turn on yith custom plugin only, there is no problem.

Those plugins have worked together till today.

    all plugins are update.

    Please, advise.

    With the best,
    L

Can you further explain the above comment? I don’t really understand what you mean.

    Thank you

On Friday I couldn’t login to the admin dashboard. This was my first attempt. I then disabled the AIOWPS plugin via ftp. At this point I was able to log in to the admin dashboard.
After login, I re-activated the AIOWPS plugin, which at the moment was excluded from the admin dashboard and at the same time the yith custom login plugin deactivated. Naturally i can use another custom login plugin, but AIOWPS plugin is not working because i can’t login if the plugin activated.

    Please, advise.

Does our plugin work correctly when yith custom login plugin is deactivated?

Hi, just for testing purposes. Can you disable all other plugins except ours and then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

    Hi,

So all plugins deactivated. Then aiowps activated again. The homepage collapsed and i could not login to admin dashboard.
Now the access parallax theme deavtivated, it seems that the plugin is working.
So i am sure there are conflict between the theme and the plugin.

    Please, advise.

    Hi @lillike18
I recommend that you try some troubleshooting tests to see which exact feature of the aiowps plugin might be triggering the issue.
Try deactivating one aiowps feature at a time and test during each step.
I would start with the brute force features and then firewall features etc.
