Promo by attributes

It is fine when I have a global attribute defined, for example “Color” ( Products > Attributes ).

The question is, how to do a promotion when another attribute is defined only inside the product – in the attributes tab of the product edition? For example, “Size”?

When I select promotion by attributes, it sees only those defined globally. It does not search for the “Size” attribute.
