Promising plugin

This is a well-designed, easy-to-use and feature-filled plugin that works out of the box with BuddyPress. I’ve noticed some bugs which seem carried over from previous versions, per the comments in the support section.

The main flaw here seems to be the developer’s insistence on steering support requests to his own private forums, where his replies to past questions are locked away. Were it not for this, I maybe could’ve figured out how to fix a problem someone else has already had in five minutes, but instead I’m now stuck waiting “up to 48 hours” for the dev to manually approve my membership in this external forum. I can understand why the dev might have done this, but sitting here waiting is beyond annoying. If you’re going to ask people to go to your own site for support, fine, but don’t make us wait. I’m in a time zone that’s 8 or 9 hours ahead of you! What about your users in Europe and Asia?
