• This looks promising, but I have not been able to use it. A person must be very familiar with internal linking protocols to correctly guess the meaning of the various options, because it has all been written in second-language English.

Personally, I could not guess what anything meant – not enough to be confident to experiment with the settings on a live site.

So the priority should be to have someone with first-language English update the wording, so the instructions are much, much clearer.

Also, it’s rather cheeky to set any plugin to display above the Dashboard. It should be relocated to an appropriate position.

    Hello,

You can’t be smart in all directions – its ok,
But if you don’t understand something – you can ask.
It’s impossible to be smart everywhere, but make review with 3 stars just because you don’t understand the matter – it’s NOT ok…

After installing the plugin you don’t need to configure anything:
    just press the two buttons
“Get words from all categories” and then “Create links”.
    That’s all!
Your entire job around internal links will be done automatically!

Personally, I could not guess what anything meant – not enough to be confident to experiment with the settings on a live site.

Sure, smart people do a backup AND staging website to experiment with things.

So the priority should be to have someone with first-language English update the wording, so the instructions are much, much clearer.

What part of English explanation you had not understood?
Once again, if you don’t understand something, you can ask here, in Support Forum on WordPress (for example).
Additionally there is a VIDEO manual on plugin page.

Also in English, clear with perfect-level English. (“with first-language English”, as you write…)

Also, it’s rather cheeky to set any plugin to display above the Dashboard. It should be relocated to an appropriate position.

For most of our users this plugin is the first plugin on WordPress, because it brings people money and does their work.

My conclusion: you have a problem not with English, because as I see your English is not better than mine, you have a problem of material understanding and understanding of what actually this plugin does.

Before this devolves into some sort of an argument –

@content-links: It is totally within your court to defend your plugin. It’s also totally within your court to sound condescending and take it a little too far.

Whether or not @stephcthomp’s review has any merits depends on her, afterall she’s reviewing her experience with the plugin.

@content-links: You can either accept reviews with grace and help users sort out their issues, or you could take them down and lose that user forever.

    It’s your choice.

Wow, content-links, that was really offensive. What a mistake.

I can only agree: it was really offensive.
To ask someone for help – is not a mistake.

It is one of the few plugins on WordPress, which really works and at the same time brings huge visibility for website in search engines, brings visitors and money for website owner.
In plugin as well as in the video instructions was used top-level English and a lot of working hours from many people such as programmers, designers and analytics.

Instead of condemning people, let’s try to understand them.

Wow! @content-links, how seriously screwed-up are you to insult the intelligence of a user who took the time to try your product, review it and even give you suggestions of how you may improve the product.

Your comments are truly insulting and totally unprofessional. I will never use or recommend any of your products. You should seek help.
