• I saw earlier glowing reviews and licensed the PRO version. It looked promising for the problem that I needed to solve, and October 17th I quickly set up a table for a “graduate” list – 4 columns, but 18,000 rows, to be imported from a Windows .csv file. Yes, I tested it with a smaller set first. First disappointments were minor – no progress indicator for the import; no option as to append or re-initialize the table – but the incremental search function and responsive interface were impressive.

Unfortunately, I have had issues since a few days after installation. My site was the victim of a URL injection hack evident Oct 29/30th, and coincidentally (a day or two before) issues were reported with the database table load time. I restored from a backup predating the Supsystic install, re-installed Supsystic’s plug-in, but couldn’t get to a table preview even with a 50-row test. Supsystic was reasonably responsive (next day) to my request for assistance but not transparent. After I provided the data file, an admin ID and ftp privileges for the site, the response to my request for a progress update was “We are working on it, and will get back to you when we have results” The result, a day later, was that I needed more memory. I’ve since had the hosting provider double the server memory to 256MB, but to no avail. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled half-a-dozen times. Still no table preview or other useful functionality for me since the initial install of the product.

Seems I’ll have to look for a product that works for me.

(Update 11-09-15) Supsystic support made some patches to the plugin which greatly improved online performance (with the 256MB setting). If you have larger tables, watch for their next update. Since my background is “big iron”, the tables didn’t seem all that large to me. Props to them for continuing to work my issue. I’ve upped my rating to three stars for the moment. Looking for a couple of options. First, Nofollow/Hide the table from SEO. I’d like to use it to post an name/address/phone# list, but DO NOT WANT IT TO SHOW IN SEARCH RESULTS for privacy reasons. Can you guys make that a priority update?

Bottom line is that I haven’t seen the core functionality of this plugin in any other plugin. It really does have a lot of potential. Add the privacy option, the Append/Initialize option for Import and the progress indicator and you guys get a fourth star – or maybe five.

    Hello.
First of all – sorry if there were some inconvenience during our conversations in our support system. We really had a crash test with your case: 18 000 rows, even for our plugin, – this was too much. But this was before. Now, we improved our plugin, so it can handle 18 000, and I believe – even more: our development department just tested table with 57 000 rows for server with 256MB memory limit – and it rendered this table.
For now – we moved all fixes to your site and tested it: your table is working fine, and you can continue building your site. Hope that our software will really help you.

    Hello.
So, for now – you need option that will not show table for search engines only – is this correct? If this is only one option required for you now – I think we can try to include it even in tomorrow release. Just let me know – if this is correct.
