Projects to Menu

I was looking to add a ‘Projects’ drop down on the menu, under which I could have multiple gallery pages. For example – https://matteichphoto.com/#1 – how there is a separate drop down called ‘The Invisible Yoke’ under which are four different galleries.

I would appreciate if you could guide me around how that can be done.
