Projects page is not showing all my projects

it has 3 sublinks and works like a gallery
1. All Projects
2. Commercial
3. Residential

The are organized by category; Residential and Commercial

I have 10 residential projects, 7 Commercial for a total of 17. Only 12 are showing in the all projects section, 9 in the residential and 3 in commercial.

It seems to be limiting the number of projects that will show. They are ordered by date. When I change the date of a project to put it in front of the others, it shows up in front but the last one goes away, leaving the same number of projects as before.

I’m looking in my files but I can’t find anything that controls the number of projects showing.

Any ideas.. Thanks
