Project/Portfolio section not appearing on WP admin consol

I just reset my website and am about a day into updating and noticed that I do not have the “Projects” tab on my admin dashboard.
I read that Jetpack plugin might be a cause, but that has been uninstalled now. I also re-installed the latest WP update to try and clear any issues. I’ve tried deactivating all of my plugins. I also do not see anything relating to Portfolio/Projects when going to Settings>Writing.
I use the Avada theme, but I did not have any issues with Projects prior to resetting.
Any other ideas would be appreciated!
