Project pages 404 message after domain transfer

I recently transferred my domain to Godaddy. I also rebuilt my website using their hosted WordPress on a temporary domain (for my old site I used a website builder). This morning I pointed my nameservers for my transferred domain to the new WordPress website. Within minutes this seemed to have worked perfectly – all my WordPress pages worked fine and all my internal links re-adjusted themselves to the new domain name. However, I have a lot of project pages and none of these will display – the URLs (which are quite correct) bring up a ‘No Results Found’ message as with thisproject page (at least, that is what I am seeing!)

Maybe I’m not being patient enough and this issue will clear itself up…but I am a bit suspicious because as I said, my pages showed up instantly. It’s just the projects that are responding with this (404?) message. Could anyone advise me as to whether I should just wait or whether there’s a problem here I need to fix? Thanks!
