Project (or task) title becomes empty

    Hi,

    The background and scenario for this issue is the same as my other post.
    customer-can-tick-off-complete-a-task-in-project-preview-window-on-frontend

    When Mark ticks off a task in the project preview “slider” window on frontend, the project title becomes empty.

    Similarly, when Mark clicks on a task on Task page, a preview window “slides” in, if he makes a comment in the window, the task title becomes empty.

    Is there any way to prevent it from becoming empty?

    Hi Jason,

    It seems this is related to the other issue. I have done some further debugging and found the cause of the issue and resolved it now.

    As mentioned in the other email, due to this being for the Pro version, and the support form only being for the Basic version, I am not allowed to assist here with the Pro version.

    Could I kindly ask if you could send me an email to [email protected] or let me know how I can contact you to send the update and confirm it resolves the issue on your side as well?
