Project category folder not loading on certain browser

  • We are having serious loading issues with folders not loading on certain webpages based upon browser.

    You can see from this link the two same webpages on two different browsers. It loads fine on Chrome, but blank on Safari. We’ve had continuous issues raised by users which is causing a serious problem for our business.

    I have tried to following, all of which have not worked:
    Updated wordpress theme
    updated all plugins
    told people to clear their cache

    The majority of our users are on iphone and use safari so it’s really not helpful

  • Hello @lenomotherfit ,
    This is basically issue happens with many MAQ users. There might be basic conflicts related to CSS or JS.

    As I can see on Iphone xr your site is working properly. this issue can be possible with any specific browser version of Safari.

    Thanks for getting back to me but we’re still having major issues. It’s a case of where the page loads for some users and not others. It’s like the videos struggle to load. In real need of serious help with this
