Progress is not saving in wrapper

From your description, we understand that you’re logging in through the single course page by clicking the Empezar Ahora button and then logging in at the lp-checkout page.

If this is correct, then LearnPress will create a new order for the course each time you log in this way. This will reset the progress, and the user has to start the course from the beginning.

To avoid this, you should create a login form and log in through this form first (you can use a plugin like WP Login Form to create a login form). Then, access the course. This will prevent the progress from being reset, and you can continue learning the course.

Hi! I′ve just installed that plugin and still resetting the course, is there something I have to change?

Please ensure that you are logging in through the login form you created before returning to the single course page to continue the course. The login must happen first. Logging in via the “Empezar Ahora” button followed by the lp-checkout page will always create a new order, resetting progress.

If the issue persists even after logging in through your custom login form first, could you please provide a screen recording demonstrating the exact steps you’re taking? This visual information would be extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem.

Hello! Still doesn′t save the progress in the button “Empezar ahora” where can I change that when they click there it should go to: https://campusjuriscoop.com/login/

I tried login with this URL and it keeps the progress, but I need to custom that button to go there.
