Progress Bar Not Updating

  • Our Goal progress bar does not update properly. We have about $300 in funds raised and it only shows $165. At one point it showed $310, then $130. It keeps floating around. I cleared cache, tried different bowers, updated the plugin (on 1.3.1.1). I don’t know what to do, but I’ve had several donors ask me why their donation show in the goal after they donate and why the amount doesn’t keep going up.     Hi there, here’s a few things to review:

    1) Make sure you are on the latest version of Give, which is 1.3.1
    2) Did you manually change the status of any of your transactions? Let me know about that.
    3) Was Give in TEST MODE while any of those donations were made?

    Clarify those items for me and let’s see where we go from there.

    As stated, we use 1.3.1.1. No manual changes, Never used test mode.

    I changed the theme yesterday thinking maybe it was a theme conflict. Still an issue. Now only shows $180.
