Progress bar not displaying

    Hi there,
    I’m currently looking at migrating our website to Give. Currently we use donorbox on divi and list our campaigns here: https://freeslaves.org/what-we-do/redemption/

    As you can see, donorbox has no way of showing the progress of each campaign, so we’re looking at migrating to Give and taking advantage of your form grid. The default install needs styling, which is fine, but I have two questions:

    1. the progress bar doesn’t seem to appear. It works fine on when you click on a family and view the campaign page, but in the form grid the inspector shows the same styling, but it’s not appearing. Help would be appreciated here.

    2. this may be a divi issue, but I’m having trouble styling the columns in the form grid to a more reasonable width (like the width we currently have for our families). Any help would be appreciated.

    HI there,

    I think the problem is that you most likely pasted the Form Grid shortcode from our docs directly and it ended up adding the <pre> elements to the markup. Switch your editor to TEXT MODE and make sure that there is no extra markup around the shortcode and save again and you should be fine after that.

    Many thanks, that was it. I appreciate the prompt response, in fact your forum support gives Give a definite edge over WPCrowdfunding (which we have also been evaluating).
